3P Transportation Business Analyst, EU 3P Transportation Operations

We are looking for a curious, analytically-minded Business Analyst to join our 3P Transportation Execution team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own and deliver analytical and automation projects that contribute to the overall 3P Transportation and wider Amazon business goals — generating lasting efficiency gains for the organisation.

You will work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, surface opportunities, and build automated solutions that reduce manual effort across the network. Depending on business need, the role may involve developing analytics in areas such as Quality Management, Capacity Planning, Speed Enhancement, or Continuous Improvement across our 3P carrier network.

The role involves partnering with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical deliverables. You will build collaborative relationships, scope projects autonomously, and drive outcomes through data.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment.



You will remain calm under pressure, distil complexity into clear insights, and actively seek to invent and simplify. You will have a bias for action — moving quickly to deliver data-driven solutions. You will embrace AI and automation — including agentic technologies — to remove manual processes, generate insights at scale, and unlock new ways of working. Above all, you will work tirelessly to improve the customer experience and raise the bar on behalf of the customers we serve.

The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
