Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Identify and escape any potential issues or trends to management for resolution
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersona
