The position ensures that tender opportunities are effectively managed, pricing decisions are accurately implemented, and commercial agreements are reflected in internal systems in a timely manner to enable seamless order processing and execution. /p pIn addition, the role provides valuable market insights, competitor intelligence, tender performance analyses, and revenue forecasts to support strategic and operational business decisions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. Tender Management Contract Support /h3 ul liSupport the management of national, regional, and local tenders across Italy. /li liMonitor tender opportunities, submission deadlines, award decisions, and contract durations. /li liCoordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documentation. /li liMaintain tender databases, trackers, and tender calendars. /li liEnsure proper documentation and archiving of all tender-related activities. /li liSupport the implementation of awarded contracts and ensure smooth internal execution. /li /ul h32. Pricing Management Business Case Development /h3 ul liPrepare pricing calculations for tender submissions and commercial offers. /li liConduct profitability and margin analyses to support pricing decisions. /li liAssist in the development of business cases for tender opportunities and strategic commercial projects. /li liCoordinate pricing approval processes with Commercial, Finance, and Management teams. /li liMaintain comprehensive documentation of pricing assumptions, approvals,
and decisions. /li liSupport pricing strategy development based on market, competitor, and financial analyses. /li /ul h33. Contract Implementation System Management /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate upload of tender prices, contract conditions, and customer master data into internal systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, pricing platforms). /li liVerify that all approved prices and contract terms are implemented before contract go-live dates. /li liMaintain data consistency and data integrity across multiple systems. /li liWork closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing. /li liMonitor and resolve pricing discrepancies, order blocks, and master data issues. /li liSupport continuous process improvements related to tender implementation and pricing administration. /li /ul h34. Market Intelligence Competitive Analysis /h3 ul liConduct regular market and competitor analyses for the current product portfolio. /li liMonitor competitor activities, pricing developments, tender outcomes, and market share evolution. /li liAnalyze tender award results to understand competitive dynamics and identify success factors. /li liTrack competitor strategies, contract wins/losses, and upcoming market developments. /li liPrepare regular market intelligence reports for local and regional management teams. /li liSupport strategic decision-making through actionable competitive insights. /li liIdentify risks and opportunities within the Italian tender landscape. /li /ul h35. New Product Launch Support /h3 ul liSupport Commercial, Market Access, and Business Unit teams in preparing future product launches. /li liAnalyze market potential, competitive landscapes, pricing benchmarks, and reimbursement environments. /li liAssess relevant tender opportunities and market access pathways for pipeline products. /li liContribute to launch planning, business case development, and commercialization strategies. /li liMonitor future competitor launches and pipeline developments. /li liSupport forecasting activities related to new product introductions. /li /ul h36. Tender Performance Reporting Analytics /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain reports on awarded, lost, and ongoing tenders. /li liMonitor tender win rates and analyze reasons for wins and losses. /li liTrack implementation and utilization rates of awarded tenders and contracts. /li liAnalyze actual versus expected sales volumes and revenues. /li liIdentify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities within active contracts. /li liPrepare regular dashboards and KPI reports for management. /li liPerform trend analyses and provide recommendations to improve tender performance.

Forecasting Revenue Planning /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain sales and revenue forecasts for: /li liAwarded tenders /li liOngoing tenders /li liUpcoming tender opportunities /li liFuture product launches /li liSupport annual budgeting and financial planning activities. /li liConduct scenario analyses (Best Case, Base Case, Worst Case) for key tender opportunities. /li liAssess the financial impact of tender wins and losses on revenue, profitability, and market share. /li liCollaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure forecast accuracy. /li liProvide management with actionable forecasts to support business decision-making. /li /ul h38. Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as a key interface between Tender Management, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Unit teams. /li liCoordinate information flow required for successful contract implementation and execution. /li liSupport internal business reviews, management presentations, and strategic planning sessions. /li liDrive alignment across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business objectives. /li /ul h39.
