MDO Process Specialist

- Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films

- Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products

- Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency

- Act as a problem solver

- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications/Requirements

- Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience

- Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, scaling up and industrialization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured root cause analysis

- Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines

- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

- Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production





Would be considered plus:

- proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry

- Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)

Completa l'offerta

- Annual salary ranging from €55000 to €65000.
