About the role:The Sales Area Manager is responsible for achieving our commercial goals in the Region of Responsibility by developing solid relationships with dealers, improving dealer performance, building the brand, and developing the necessary tools and services.The Sales Area Manager will be based in Central and Southern Italy and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Italy.Key Objectives & Responsibilities:Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.In charge of Dealer Marketing ActivityBe BYD ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.Key Results:Commercial and funnel management metricsOrder GoalsRegistration GoalsLead to Test Drive funnel managementTest Drive to Order Conversion ratesStock KPI’sMarketing Execution in their AreaCustomer HappinessNPSFinancial SolutionsMarket & Customer relevant financial solutionsFinancial Partner specific KPI’sRequired skills, qualifications and experienceEducational background in Business Administration, Marketing related education.Solid working experience as Sales Manager or Retail ManagerProven experience within automotive industry or mobility services.Solid Financial knowledgeCustomer-oriented mindset.Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient,
