ppbDivision: Piloda Shypyardbr/Location: Naplesbr/Contract: Permanent /b /ppPiloda Shipyard Srl, a fast-growing industrial company in thebshipbuilding sector /b, is looking for anbHSE Specialist /bto join its Naples Business Unit. /ppThe selected candidate, reporting directly to General Management, will play a central role in ensuring the correct application of regulations regardingbhealth, safety, and prevention /bin the workplace, operating in abcomplex and highly specialized shipyard environment /b. /ph3The role /h3pThe HSE Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeingbHSE activities /bin accordance with current health and safety regulations, with particular focus on shipyard operations. The role involves close collaboration with company functions and contractors, contributing to the development of a strongbsafety culture /band continuous process improvement. /ph3Main activities /h3pManaging compliance with workplace health and safety regulations /ppDrafting, updating, and monitoring thebRisk Assessment Document (DVR) /band other technical safety documentation /ppManaging internal and external audits and inspections (ASL, INAIL, Port Authority, certification bodies) /ppCoordinating contractors and subcontractors (DUVRI, POS, PSC)



/ppSupervising on-site activities and verifying compliance with procedures and proper use of PPE /ppEvaluating and managing specific risks (work at height, confined spaces, welding, lifting operations, ATEX) /ppProviding technical support to Management and preparing periodic reports /ppOccasional national travel to shipyards or operational sites /ph3Ideal profile /h3pMaster’s degree in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Management, or related fields) –bconsidered a plus, not mandatory /b /ppExperience in HSE roles within structured environments, preferably in shipyards, industrial, or offshore contexts /ppSolid knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems /ppGood command of English /ppProactive approach, operational autonomy, organizational and interpersonal skills /ph3Why Piloda Shipyard /h3pJoining Piloda Shipyard means becoming part of absolid and evolving industrial group /b, engaged in complex and innovative projects in the naval sector.
