pbSales Assistant – Menswear /b /ppbBoutique Robusto dei Marmi /b /ppbSalary: up to €26,000 + Bonus /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDeliver a highly personalised client experience, providing expert styling advice tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences. /liliDevelop strong product expertise across the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and Maison heritage. /liliBuild and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, CRM activities, and exceptional after-sales follow-up. /liliSupport Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique environment consistently reflects the brand’s identity and luxury standards. /liliContribute to daily boutique operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and product organisation. /liliMaintain an impeccable sales floor and stockroom environment, ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Requirements: /b /pulliPrevious experience in luxury or premium Ready-to-Wear retail, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and client expectations. /liliGenuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding luxury client experience. /liliStrong clienteling capabilities, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
