We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. /ph3The Role /h3pThe Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) ensures suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead supplier qualifications, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and supplier development activities, while supporting New Product Development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and product quality. /ph3Principal Responsibilities /h3ulliQualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards. /liliConduct supplier audits, including system and process audits. /liliLead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances. /liliManage high impact suppliers quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers. /liliIdentify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans /liliLead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) on different types of projects /liliParticipate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations,



and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launch /liliMaintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliA bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials engineering) is preferred. /liliEquivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered /liliAt least 2 years of experience /liliGood communication skill in written and spoken English is mandatory. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliAuditor certification/qualification /liliBasic knowledge of APQP methods and tools /liliBasic knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation /liliKnowledge and competencies about fabrication and stamping processes is a plus /li /ulpbCONTRACT: /bPermanent – hybrid /ppbLOCATION: /b Montecchio Maggiore (VI) /ppbBENEFITS: /b company premio and company canteen /ppbTRAVEL: /b20-25% /ppJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
