TMC Italy is currently seeking a talented and motivated Automotive Battery System Engineer to make the difference in challenging and cutting-edge projects.

What we expect from you
- MSc degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering or similar.
- Interest in battery systems and e-mobility technologies.
- Preferred: internship, thesis, Formula Student, or academic projects related to battery systems and EVs.
- Basic knowledge of simulation and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations (ISO, ECE) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Team player, able to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
