What you’ll do Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.




Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with applicable standards.
Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for various projects and initiatives.
Ensure effective cash flow management, including monitoring receivables and payables to maintain optimal liquidity.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
