Join us to make your contribution. /p pThe Project Engineer, Agile Master, supports the delivery of complex software and automation solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems. /p pThe role focuses onfacilitatingstructured development cycles, removing impediments, and improving team performance within a defined subsystem or product scope. It ensures effective collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams, supporting the reliable and efficient delivery of high-quality software and automation functionalities. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment. /p pGuide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture. /p pDrive continuous improvement byfacilitatingreviews and retrospectives,identifyingimprovement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness. /p pProactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments byidentifyingdelivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary. /p pCollaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status while supporting team-level outcomes within established Agile frameworks.



/p h3Your Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field /li liExperience working in Agile development environments /li liStrong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills /li liExperience supporting cross-functional software or engineering teams /li liAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our premio scheme /li liBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work /li liPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of some medical expenses. /li liCanteen with meal allowance. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pApplicable salary range: €39,000 – €60,000 gross annual salary. /p pThe compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role.
