We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliManage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle /liliServe as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status /liliBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication /liliCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment /liliSupport issue resolution and identify solutions to meet customer needs /liliMaintain customer data and support customer onboarding activities /liliProvide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts, and supply-related matters /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliFluent German and English, both written and spoken is a must /liliExperience in Customer Service,
