In this capacity, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of assistants and operators to ensure the correct application of product and process quality control procedures, as well as health, safety, and environmental protection standards. You will develop and update control methodologies and conduct audits to verify full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.. Your most critical deliverables for this role are: /pulliCoordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001,



and OHSAS 18001 programs and support GMP implementation across Italian sites. /liliDeliver HSE and Quality presentations and seminars for employees, customers, and suppliers. /liliPlan workplace inspections and environmental monitoring, involving consultants when needed. /liliAnalyze HSE and Quality data and propose corrective or improvement actions with the Plant Manager. /liliSupport the development and maintenance of management systems across Italian plants. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory authorizations and legal obligations according to QSE procedures. /liliAct as the company representative for HSE and Quality management systems, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. /liliPerform additional tasks assigned by the QSE Manager Europe or the Plant Manager, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness. /li /ulh3WHO YOU ARE /h3pYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have: /pulliA degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field. /liliSpecific training for supervisory roles and for HSE/Quality functions, including prevention, protection, environmental emergency, and GMP‑related requirements. /liliSolid technical knowledge of the industry, with the ability to apply standards and best practices. /liliStrong computer skills, including MS Office, email tools, Windows applications, and JDE. /liliProficiency in English and preferably French, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and innovation skills. /liliEffective communication, mediation, and interpersonal abilities, with demonstrated leadership and teamwork. /liliStrong planning and organizational skills, with initiative, flexibility, and an open‑minded approach to change. /liliThe ability to work collaboratively across teams, maintaining a dynamic and proactive attitude in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ulpYou must be within commutable distance of Brembate and must not require any form of visa sponsorship. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
