ppReporting to the Country Ecommerce Manager, you will contribute towards managing our online content, range availability, and overall digital consumer experience. /p pSales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to develop a career in this market leading space. This role will be an integral part in our fast growing and progressive D2C department. The ideal candidate will bring digital marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and trading knowledge as well as a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwnership of all D2C Merchandising activities for the brands, supporting the Country Ecommerce Manager /li liOversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing /li liEnsuring best in class digital content is presented across our D2C websites /li liMonitoring day-to-day websites activity, considering the consumer journey /li liSupporting with the D2C forecasting process for new and existing product categories /li liDriving sales and conversions across the sites through development of the merchandising strategy trade plan, whilst managing gross margin and forecast attainment /li liIdentifying trading risks opportunities and communicating them to the wider business /li liReporting on websites performance, and taking action to deliver improvements /li liSupport members of the Merchandising team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate /li /ul h3What you will be doing /h3 ul liWorking collaboratively with D2C teams and wider business, leading Merchandising strategy discussions,
and building promotional and campaign activation plans /li liReviewing online content before go-live to ensure it’s effective and managing detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunities /li liReporting on sales performance, pricing, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing presenting data and insights to stakeholders /li liBuilding relationships with stakeholders to develop effective trading plans for the D2C business and achieve key deliverables on focus initiatives /li liMonitoring forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability through D2C sites /li liDriving value-add activity to optimise sales metrics, increasing profitability and average selling price across the brands /li liHelping to manage workload and priorities within the Merchandising Team /li liSupporting with general site content management, UATs, monitoring competitors activities /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Ecommerce, the digital environment and consumer journey /li liExperience in a similar role with experience in product Merchandising, Digital Sales commercial trading /li liDemonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a team /li liAbility to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectives /li liSelf-starter with effective time management and organisation skills /li liExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales data /li liPrior experience in analytics platforms performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
