ppFor an international investment firm operating in the private equity sector, we are looking for an bInvestment Analyst / Associate /b to join the Milan office. /ppThe Firm focuses on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in companies with strong development potential, supporting decision-making processes through in-depth analysis of business models, industries, competitive landscapes and financial performance. /ppThe successful candidate will join the Investment Team and will be involved in the main stages of the investment process, including opportunity screening, financial analysis, business valuation, due diligence activities and portfolio monitoring. /ppWorking in an international and highly professional environment, the role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to private equity transactions, working closely with experienced investment professionals and contributing to complex investment decisions. /pulliAnalyse new investment opportunities and support the investment origination process; /liliDevelop financial analyses,



valuations and business plan assessments; /liliPrepare investment materials and presentations for internal decision-making processes; /liliConduct market, industry and competitive analysis; /liliContribute to portfolio company monitoring activities; /liliCollaborate with international teams on cross-border projects. /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulli2-4 years of experience gained in top-tier strategy consulting firms (e.g. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or Investment Banking / MA teams; /liliStrong analytical skills and solid financial modelling capabilities; /liliPrevious exposure to corporate finance, MA or investment-related projects; /liliInternational experience gained through academic or professional paths is highly valued; /liliFluent English and professional proficiency in Spanish; /liliStrong interest in private equity and investment activities. /li /ulpThe ideal candidate combines analytical excellence, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a proactive approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
