Position Overview We are seeking a Head of Business Development to help shape the next phase of our growth. This is a highly strategic, relationship-driven leadership role responsible for expanding and strengthening our network of senior living capital partners, owning and growing our integration marketplace,

and elevating the execution and impact of our industry events.
Success in this role depends on trust, credibility, and influence. The ideal candidate has spent years building authentic relationships across the senior living industry and is widely respected by operators, investors, and strategic partners alike.
Key Responsibilities Capital Partnerships Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with REITs, real estate private equity and other institutional investors, family offices, lenders, and other senior living capital partners.
Identify and create opportunities that align capital providers with high-quality operating partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor and connector across the industry.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and strategic partnership discussions.
Integration Network Own the strategy and continued expansion of our integration partner marketplace.
