Field Sales Partner at Doctolib About the role We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Partner to enhance the presence of Doctolib in the Verona and Mantova regions. In this role, you will act as a vital connection between our organization and local healthcare providers, overseeing the complete sales process to facilitate improved access to healthcare services and streamline provider operations.
Key facts Location: Verona and Mantova, Italy
Engagement: Full-time, permanent contract
Salary: 40,000 to 48,000 EUR total annual package, including performance-based bonuses
Premio: Uncapped commission structure

What you'll do Develop new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach and face-to-face meetings with medical offices.
Assess and qualify leads to maintain a steady sales pipeline through consistent follow-up communications.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations on site, addressing the unique requirements of different medical practices.
Handle objections effectively and guide potential clients towards finalising contracts.




Assist new clients during the initial stages of product installation and provide necessary training.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new users into the system.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and activity data within the CRM to enhance sales effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales outcomes.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or business development roles.
