ph3Job Purpose /h3 pDeliver and operate modern Digital Workplace infrastructure and endpoint services, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high‑performing user experience across MSC Cruises’ global offices and terminals. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liManage and maintain the company Digital Workplace infrastructure /li liDesign, implement, and operate Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions (Intune, SCCM) at global scale /li liDefine and manage endpoint security and compliance policies (Intune compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access integration) /li liEnforce device security posture, including patching, encryption, and endpoint protection standards /li liSupport and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) across multiple device types /li liMonitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure service continuity /li liContribute to the delivery of new office/terminal setups, including workplace and meeting room standardization /li liDevelop and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure configurations, releases, patching, and compliance baselines /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting end‑user experience /li liEnsure compliance with corporate standards, security policies, and operational procedures /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of Digital Workplace processes /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in IT Digital Workplace,



or End‑User Computing environments /li liExperience in international or distributed IT environments supporting multiple offices and users /li liFluency in English required; additional languages considered an advantage /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, SCCM, Windows Server /li liHands‑on experience with Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security controls /li liExperience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and endpoint management /li liExperience with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and modern workplace architectures /li liKnowledge of endpoint security practices (patch management, device hardening, encryption, antivirus/EDR) /li liKnowledge of virtualization solutions (VMware, Azure VDI) and endpoint provisioning /li liExperience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Dynatrace, PRTG) /li liStrong problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure /li /ul h3Visa Requirements /h3 pRight to work in Italy /p h3Contract /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent /li liHybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely /li liApplicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra /li liGross annual salary (RAL): between €32,000 – 39,000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments /li liMeal vouchers: worth €8 per on‑site working day /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liProductivity award /li liHealth insurance /li liLearning opportunities /li liFlexible working hours /li liEmployee Assistance Programme /li liDiscounts partnerships within the MSC group /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
