Do you have a flair for identifying and nurturing creators while developing compelling brand narratives? If so, we invite you to join OLIVER, the largest in‑house creative agency, as a Social Media Manager and Creator Manager. /p pIn this role, you will collaborate with our international Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to develop and manage the social media activities of our client’s brand whilst leading the recruitment, briefing, and management of a network of content creators from our Creator Bench. You will orchestrate a compelling content calendar, manage community engagement, and oversee creator partnerships to drive audience growth and brand narratives. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 ul libCommunity Engagement Social Strategy /b ul liDevelop and own the organic social content calendar, planning approximately 16 posts per month /li liListen and respond to relevant consumer comments, questions, and brand mentions with on‑brand responses, cultivating a network of brand advocates /li liIdentify engagement opportunities for organic planning and monitor social feeds for trending topics to amplify brand narratives /li liAct as the local market lead,
ensuring all content is relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the Scottex brand /li liMonitor social performance and feed insights back to optimise the content approach and future creative direction /li liReceive and interrogate client briefs, supporting brief development to social teams and other partners /li liBrief and review all content to ensure it is optimised for platform, audience engagement, and Italian market relevance /li liOversee scheduling and publishing of approved content across social channels in line with the content calendar /li /ul /li libCreator Management Talent Liaison /b ul liManage the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding of content creators from the Creator Bench /li liBrief creators and oversee the content production process from concept to delivery, ensuring all output meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives /li liTrack and evaluate creator performance using platforms such as CreatorIQ /li liAct as the key liaison between the agency team and creators, maintaining strong relationships and communication /li liIdentify and nurture high‑performing creators to build a sustainable content pipeline /li liEnsure all creator‑produced content aligns with brand vision and strategic objectives before publication /li /ul /li /ul h3What you need to be great in this role /h3 ul libAt least 3-5 years of experience in social media management and/or creator management /b /li libFluency in Italian (C2) and excellent written and spoken English are required. /b /li liProven track record of recruiting, managing, and developing content creator relationships /li liDeep understanding of social media platforms (particularly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
and their native formats /li liExcellent written communication skills with proven copywriting experience /li liStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators and content pipelines simultaneously /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with the ability to prioritise competing demands /li liDemonstrated ability to work well under pressure and think strategicallyThe capacity to understand business objectives and client aims when executing briefs /li liFamiliarity with digital trends, popular culture, and the creator economy /li liProactive attitude with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to spot content opportunities /li liEnthusiasm for the Homecare category /li liExperience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Later, Buffer) /li liUnderstanding of creator management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, AspireIQ) /li liKnowledge of the role of paid media and influencer partnerships /li liExperience with content production workflows and asset management /li liExcitement about integrating Gen AI tools with a curious approach to new innovations /li /ul pAt the time of this posting, this position has a starting salary from €35,000 gross annually.
