ph3Finance Manager – Hybrid /h3 pLocation: Vimercate, Italy. Hybrid: 1 day/week in local office, remainder remote. Employment: Permanent. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the month‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results, including variance analysis and supporting commentary. /li liLead monthly forecasting, quarterly reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting processes for Southern Europe across all PL elements. /li liOwn the SGA spend and forecast process across all categories and functions, with particular focus on Compensation Benefits, Marketing, and Investment spend. /li liDevelop customer PL statements for key customers and partner with local finance and sales teams to drive profitable regional growth. /li liProvide senior management and commercial teams with in-depth analysis of historical and forecasted trends across key performance indicators, supporting projections and scenario planning. /li liRecommend financial actions by evaluating alternatives aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. /li liLead the Sales and Operational Planning (SOP) process for the region. /li liPrepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and financial updates to senior management. /li liCollaborate with senior management, commercial teams, and finance stakeholders to track strategic initiatives and support cross‑functional business projects. /li liDrive process improvement and automation initiatives in liaison with the Center of Excellence to enhance efficiency, control, and decision support. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance,
