Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWithin the bMachine Cost Analysis Team /b, the candidate will support the analysis of machine and line costs, working on both new prototypes and consolidated machines/lines. /p pThis role combines a technical understanding of complex automatic machines with a strong analytical approach to cost evaluation, with the objective of identifying cost deviations, understanding their root causes and supporting cost reduction initiatives. /p pThe candidate will work closely with technical departments, Operations and other internal stakeholders to analyze machine baselines, compare actual costs against budget/standard costs, and interpret cost deltas through a technical perspective. /p pIn particular, the selected resource will be responsible for:



/p ul lisupporting cost simulations and estimates for machines and complete packaging lines; /li lianalyzing actual industrial costs and comparing them with budgeted or standard costs; /li lireviewing complex bills of materials and large data files to understand machine cost structures; /li liidentifying and explaining the main causes of deviation from expected costs, with a focus on technical and production-related drivers; /li licontributing to cost reduction activities by analyzing components, technologies and manufacturing processes; /li licollaborating with Engineering, Operations and technical offices to ensure accurate and reliable cost analysis. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liA Master's Degree in bMechanical Engineering /b /li lib1-2 years of experience /b in manufacturing, industrialization, methods time analysis, production engineering, cost engineering, or similar technical environments /li liGood knowledge of bmechanical drawings /b and manufacturing processes; /li liStrong banalytical mindset /b with the ability to interpret complex technical and cost-related data; /li libAdvanced /b knowledge of bMicrosoft Excel /b and good knowledge of the Office Suite; /li liGood knowledge of bEnglish language (B2) /b, both written and spoken; /li liKnowledge of bSAP /b will be considered a plus; /li liYou are curious, detail-oriented and rigorous, with a genuine interest in understanding how complex machines are designed and manufactured; /li liYou are proactive, organized and precise, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and teams. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000. /p pA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /p pThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /p h3Join the Team! /h3 pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
