Agentic Enablement Engineer at TrueLayer. About the role TrueLayer is on a mission to create a specialized team aimed at enhancing the integration of AI agents within our engineering framework. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the necessary infrastructure, tools, and context that empower autonomous agents to tackle intricate tasks, such as executing changes across multiple repositories and conducting automated testing, with minimal human oversight.

What you’ll do Oversee the management of system prompts, AGENTS.md files, and skill definitions as essential components of our infrastructure.
Transform informal knowledge into organized resources, including runbooks, decision trees, and system maps, to facilitate easier access and understanding.
Develop and sustain internal libraries that contain testable and versioned capabilities for agents, ensuring they are reliable and up-to-date.
Design reusable templates and orchestration patterns that create streamlined workflows for agent operations, establishing best practices.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines specifically for agent workloads by tackling latency issues through strategies such as caching, parallelization, and impact analysis of tests.
Construct and manage sandboxed, temporary development environments that allow for safe experimentation with agents.
Create and implement evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and safety measures to continuously monitor and assess agent efficacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that agent capabilities align with overall engineering goals and objectives.
Engage in troubleshooting and optimization of existing agent workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and agent technology to inform ongoing development efforts.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
