Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a IT Integration Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Commerce / IT industry in Italy?

Your missions? Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.
Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting.
Proactively identify risks, integration challenges,



and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans.
Your profile? Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines, with a strong background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting.
Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services, content management systems, RFP preparation, and project management frameworks.
Excellent English communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across nationalities, mediums, and temperaments.
Strong organization, prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven experience in global and virtual team environments.
Nice to have: Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) would be a plus.
