This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /p pDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /p pbPosition /b /p pTo strengthen our RD deparment and innovation activities, we are looking for an AI Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the research and development of intelligent software solutions. /p pThe role focuses on the design, experimentation, and implementation of AI-based applications, working across areas such as machine learning, generative AI, multimodal systems, and edge computing. /p pWe are looking for a curious and technically motivated engineer who is interested in exploring emerging AI technologies and translating them into concrete applications and working prototypes. /p pMain Activities /p ulliDesign and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions for research and industrial applications.



/liliContribute to the development of applications based on Large Language Models and Generative AI. /liliDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge-based AI systems. /liliExplore and develop multimodal applications combining different types of data and inputs. /liliContribute to the deployment and optimization of AI models for edge and resource-constrained environments. /liliDevelop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate emerging AI technologies. /liliSupport testing, evaluation, and performance analysis of AI models and applications. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, design, HMI, and research activities. /liliContribute to technical documentation and project deliverables. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ulliMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields. /liliGood knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles. /liliStrong programming skills, particularly in Python. /liliFamiliarity with modern AI frameworks and software development methodologies. /liliUnderstanding of data processing, model evaluation, and experimentation workflows. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliCuriosity toward emerging technologies and research-driven development.



/liliAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. /liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul pNice to Have /p ulliExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. /liliKnowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval. /liliFamiliarity with multimodal AI, computer vision, speech, or natural language processing. /liliExperience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar. /liliFamiliarity with edge AI, model optimization, or deployment on embedded and resource-constrained platforms. /liliExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, or containerized environments. /liliAcademic, research, or professional experience involving innovative AI applications. /li /ul pbOther information /b /p pSchedule: Full- time, 40 hours per week. /p pWe build technology for people—and that same principle guides how we work together.
