Where the comforts of a hotel meet the special facilities of a hostel. /b /p pWe run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities -and counting! /p pMEININGER Milano Lambrate /p pFull-time /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liAre responsible for all operational tasks in the hotel, including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, budget planning etc. /li liEnsure our guests experience the best service through optimal staff scheduling /li liWork closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc. /li liLead directly a team of Assistant Managers and several shift leads in addition to a team of receptionists, service employees /li liSecure a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests with a keen eye for individual needs and desires /li liSet long- and mid-term goals for your team and live to motivate them by being approachable, giving continuous feedback and discuss personal development- and job opportunities /li liEnsure all health, hygiene and safety regulations in the hotel are respected at all times /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in hospitality /li liWork experience in Italy is a plus /li liInspirational leadership and have joy in leading a diverse, motivated team /li liA solution-driven mentality,
