ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects involving utilities, HVAC, equipment, electrical infrastructure, and automation systems, balancing technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule commitments /li liManage project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to installation, qualification, and handover /li liEnsure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements, quality standards, data integrity principles, and applicable EHS regulations /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HSE, and Procurement to deliver effective technical solutions /li liManage relationships with engineering contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, scope, quality, and timelines /li liAdvise and approve strategy for deviations resolution and CAPAs implementation /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline /li liNot less than 2 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or plant engineering/operations, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals,



or food manufacturing /li liExperience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus /li liGood knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and qualification activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and experience using AutoCAD /li liKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project) is considered an advantage /li liEnglish language proficiency at B1 level or higher /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders /li liWell-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindset /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects within regulated industries, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
