ppWe are looking for a professional to join our Technical Sales team within our Turin office. /p pFollowing an initial training period at our headquarters in Bentivoglio, the Sales Area Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director, will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio in the Piedmont region. /p pThe purpose of the role is to strengthen Marposs' presence in the territory, develop new business opportunities, and support customers in identifying the technological solutions best suited to their needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical and sales teams at the Headquarters and across other Marposs Group companies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, develop, and retain the customer portfolio within the Piedmont area; /li liIdentify and acquire new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers; /li liProvide technical and commercial consulting to determine the most suitable Marposs solutions for customers' application requirements; /li liMonitor market trends and competitors, identifying new growth opportunities; /li liAchieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reporting on activities performed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; /li liExperience gained in industrial environments,



supported by a solid technical background; /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level); /li liAvailability for frequent travel within the assigned territory and business trips to the Bentivoglio Headquarters and other Group companies; /li liStrong interpersonal, organizational, and customer-oriented skills; /li liCommercial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities; /li liPrevious experience of 3-5 years in a similar technical sales role within the mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic sectors will be considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pThe candidate will be hired under the bCCNLfor Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation Employees /b.
