Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liManage the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. /li liDefines, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans. /li liEnsures that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team. Captures, study and shares lessons learned and best practices throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. /li liEnsures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual arrangements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. /li liActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. /li liEnsures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. /li liAccountable for ensuring compliance with applicable external internal regulations,
procedures guidelines. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liEngineering Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) with strong technical foundation. /li li5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects, including on-site construction experience in multinational environments. /li liProven expertise in Electrical Systems (TD, Power Generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities (Terna, Enel, Edison). /li liSkilled in managing projects under diverse contractual frameworks (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public and private sectors. /li liFluent in English and Italian, proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project. /li liHighly organized, proactive leader with experience coordinating multi-site teams and driving results; willing to travel internationally (25%). /li /ul pMore about us We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
