Esprimi il tuo potenziale As Head of Business Development EMEA, you will lead our regional Business Development function, driving growth, market development, and new business opportunities across EMEA. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units while leading an international team focused on delivering sustainable growth. This position can be based in Italy or Spain. Your key responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the EMEA Business Development strategy in alignment with regional sales and growth objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international Business Development team, setting clear priorities and driving accountability.
