ph3Role description /h3 pJoin Arcadis and become part of an international team delivering excellence in construction project management. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to support one of our most important clients in a rapidly growing industry. You will contribute to complex, high‑profile projects, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. /p h3Role accountabilities /h3 ul liAttend weekly change triage meetings to provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders. /li liPrepare change order contract documents in line with the supplier’s master agreement / PSR and submit to business administration team for processing. /li liTrack execution of change orders to ensure timely execution and inform project team once complete. /li liTrack and manage the close‑out of provisional change orders with the project team. /li liManage and track the close‑out of claims in collaboration with the project team. /li liAdvise and draft formal notices with input from the project team. /li liTrack contractual milestones and collaborate with the project team to ensure contracts are being updated in alignment with the project schedule. /li liInform project team of executed contracts and notify them on any specifics such as potential gaps, OFCI vs CFCI, etc. /li liEnsure correct use of the Contract Management tools and forms. /li liProvide support on the handover project and execution of the Taking Over Certificate (TOC). /li liManage the overall Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
and notify the project team when contract extensions / procurement activities are required. /li liContractually manage the final account and contract close‑out of all project awards. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liAround 3‑8 years’ experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent in the construction industry. /li liMSc Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or strong engineering background. /li liFluent English and Italian (B2/C1), both spoken and written. /li liDirect experience in Data Center construction is a strong plus. /li liKnowledge of international construction industry standards and practices. /li liPrevious experience providing sourcing, procurement and contract management support to large‑scale construction programs and projects. /li liPrevious experience in a General Contractor company is a plus. /li liPrevious experience supporting global clients on international projects is a plus. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liSelf‑motivated, team‑oriented and flexible individual who can take on new projects and challenges. /li liAbility to maintain productivity during remote‑work scenarios. /li /ul h3Benefits and requirements /h3 pAnnual salary range: €41,600.00‑62,400.00. 50% presence on site/client office required. /p h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
