Boston Scientific is seeking an Account Manager in Lombardy to lead end-to-end sales for targeted customer segments. You will build account plans, drive regional strategies, and collaborate with RSMs to penetrate Tier 1–3 accounts while supporting clinical activities in the OR.

The role requires 3–4 years in clinical commercial medical device sales, a Biomedical Engineering degree, and strong communication skills.
