ppWe're looking for a strong AI Product Designer with excellent UX fundamentals, sharp UI taste, and an AI-first approach to how digital products are designed. /p pThis is not a traditional UX/UI role with a few AI tools added to the workflow. /p pWe want someone who understands design principles deeply but actively uses AI to rethink how research is synthesized, ideas are explored, interfaces are generated, prototypes are created, and design decisions are validated. /p pYou should be equally comfortable thinking through a complex user flow and obsessing over the quality of the final interface. /p pThe right person knows when AI can accelerate the work, when human judgement matters more, and how to use both without compromising design quality. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liTurn business requirements, research, and user needs into clear product experiences /li liDesign user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces /li liProduce high-quality UI with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and visual consistency /li liUse AI throughout the design process to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, UX exploration, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and design iteration /li liExperiment with emerging AI design tools and develop better, faster ways of working /li liMove rapidly from an idea or brief to multiple design directions without sacrificing design quality /li liBuild and maintain scalable design systems, components, patterns, and reusable foundations /li liPrototype AI-powered product experiences, including conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows,



recommendations, and automation /li liWork closely with product, AI, automation, and engineering teams to make sure the intended experience survives implementation /li liReview designs critically and continuously improve usability, clarity, and visual quality /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3You're a Fit If You /h3 ul liHave 4+ years of strong product or UX design experience across web and mobile products /li liHave a portfolio that demonstrates both strong UX thinking and genuinely good UI taste /li liUnderstand design fundamentals rather than relying on templates or generated interfaces /li liCan take an unclear problem and turn it into a logical, usable, and visually strong product experience /li liAre highly proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems /li liAlready use AI meaningfully in your day-to-day design process, not just ChatGPT for copy or occasional image generation /li liActively experiment with AI-powered design, prototyping, research, and product-building tools /li liUnderstand how AI changes product experiences, including uncertainty, human oversight, explainability, automation, and conversational interaction /li liCan tell the difference between an AI-generated interface that looks impressive and one that is actually well designed /li liHave strong visual judgment and care deeply about details /li liWork quickly, explore multiple directions, and are comfortable throwing away mediocre ideas /li liStay actively informed about new AI design capabilities and are constantly testing better ways to work /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
