ph3The Role /h3 pAs a Track Performance Engineer, you will join the Vehicle Dynamics Performance Dept. at Dallara Automobili, a company within the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre‑series production, and testing of products for the three business units: Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace. /p pWithin the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing car’s performance for Dallara's internal or client projects. Specifically, you will handle: /p ul liData analysis before, during, and after track events (tests or official events) /li liManaging driving simulator sessions /li liOptimizing vertical dynamics on the 7‑post rig /li /ul pIn this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various company areas, including Design Research, Aerodynamics and Electrics Electronics. You will join a young and dynamic environment where you can participate in highly challenging projects in the automotive and racing sectors. /p h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering,
or similar; /li li2‑4 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive and/or motorsport sectors; /li liProficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Motec, PI Toolbox, Windarab); /li liGood knowledge of Matlab or Python; /li liGood knowledge of English (minimum level B2); /li liGood knowledge of sensor systems and datalogging; /li liPreferred knowledge of multibody software (e.g., Dymola, Adams/Car, Simpack); /li liHigh motivation and commitment with an innovative mindset; /li liInitiative, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills; /li liPositive and optimistic attitude; /li liPassion for motorsport and automotive; /li liFlexibility to travel frequently abroad when required; /li liAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAccess to qualified training opportunities; /li liInternal Job Posting system; /li liSmart‑working policy; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
