What You Will Do
Define and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap
Oversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness across the project portfolio
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions
Manage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance within the SCADA/OT domain
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, grid requirements, and operational processes
Lead, mentor, and support the SCADA/OT team while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
What You Bring & Who You Are




5 to 10 years experience in SCADA, automation, or operational technology within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of SCADA architectures, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control systems integration
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with engineering, construction, operations, and IT teams
English language skills are required; ideally, you also speak Italian, Spanish, French or German
Confident communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ideally, experience in renewable energy projects, grid compliance, and cybersecurity alignment for OT systems
