We are looking for a profile (Protected Category, Art. 1) to join the Finance, Control & Credit Department, within the Credit Management structure, focused on credit recovery and management.
Main activities:
- Monitoring payments in SAP
- Credit recovery
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Use of email
- Telephone contact with clients
- Knowledge of the customer base under management
- Basic data processing and analysis related to activities performed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with external clients and internal colleagues
- Ability to handle requests from clients or other business areas
