This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven retail leader to join a prestigious brand renowned for its strong creative vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and loyal international clientele. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the boutique's overall performance, ensuring an elevated client experience, driving commercial success, and developing a high-performing team. You will act as a true ambassador for the brand while maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong leadership and commercial focus /li liLead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to maximise individual and collective performance. /li liFoster a client-centric culture with a strong emphasis on clienteling and long-term relationship building. /li liAnalyse KPIs and implement action plans to continuously improve results. /li liDevelop relationships with local and international VIP clientele. /li liEnsure excellence in visual merchandising,
