S.p.A.) è un partner privilegiato e innovatore leader nello sviluppo di tecnologie di combustibili alternativi verso la decarbonizzazione. /b /h3pbRole Overview /b /pullipTheInfosec and ISinfrastructureSpecialist will be responsible for ensuring robust cybersecurity practices and compliance across Operational Technology (OT) environments related compliance initiatives (NIS2 and ISO27001), while supporting ISevolution. /p /lilipThis role is critical for safeguarding industrial systems, IT systems, mitigating cybersecurity risks, and aligning with Accelleron’s group global security standards. /p /lilipThe specialist will work closely with the global Accelleron Infosec and IS team and act as a key liaison between local operations and corporate security functions. /p /li /ulpThe candidate will have balanced assignment of tasks and projects to ISand Infosec according to company and business prioritization. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbOT Security Management /b /pullipImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls for OT systems and industrial networks. /p /lilipEnsure secure integration of OT and IT environments following ISA/IEC 62443 and Purdue Model principles. /p /lilipMonitor and respond to OT-related security incidents and vulnerabilities. /p /li /ulpbCybersecurity Risk Mitigation /b /pullipSupport risk mitigation strategies towards NIS2,



ISO27001 /p /lilipSupport risk assessments and implement remediation plans for OT and IS environments. /p /lilipSupport global initiatives for threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response. /p /li /ulpbInfrastructure Operations Lifecycle Management /b /pulliOversee day-to-day management of on-premises infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, backup systems), ensuring reliability, scalability, and adherence to security and compliance standards /li /ulpbNetwork Segmentation Architecture Support /b /pulliServe as the main contact for designing and improving secure network architecture—such as VLAN segmentation, firewall rules, and remote access—across IT and OT, ensuring it meets corporate security standards. /li /ulpbSystem Hardening Patch Governance /b /pulliImplement and maintain hardening baselines for infrastructure assets, coordinate patch management cycles with global teams, and monitor compliance to reduce attack surface across OT and IS systems. /li /ulpbIS/IT Compliance /b /pullipSupport compliance with corporate IS/IT policies and regulatory requirements. /p /lilipSupport the local implementation and continuous improvement of ISO27001 Annex A controls and NIS2 technical measures.



/p /li /ulpbCollaboration Reporting /b /pullipSupport the local cybersecurity focal point for OMT plants. /p /lilipProvide regular updates to SOC and Infosec team on risk status and mitigation progress. /p /lilipParticipate in global cybersecurity projects and knowledge-sharing forums. /p /lilipAs member of global Accelleron’s network team will be part of the design review for industrial networking. /p /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pullipBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IS engineering, Mathematics or related field. /p /lilip3+ years of experience in OT security, industrial networks, or cybersecurity roles or infrastructure (network) relevant experience.
