ph3Electronics Commodity Lead Supplier Development Engineer /h3 /brpYour role /p /brpAs a Electronics Commodity Lead Supplier Development Engineer, your mission is to lead the Electronics commodity sourcing strategy and develop a competitive, resilient and future-ready supplier base. Working closely with RD, Industrialization, Quality, Production and Supply Chain, you ensure supplier readiness, cost competitiveness, component availability and technology alignment to support business growth, new product introductions and the company’s evolving electronics-driven portfolio. /p /brpYou will report to Sourcing Manager. /p /brh3You will: /h3 /brul /brliDefine and support the implementation of sourcing strategies for the Electronics commodity. /li /brliDevelop and manage suppliers for electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS providers, power electronics, sensors, connectivity solutions and related technologies. /li /brliDrive supplier development initiatives focused on quality, capacity, manufacturing robustness, delivery performance and continuous improvement. /li /brliSupport new product introductions by ensuring supplier readiness, component availability and industrial feasibility. /li /brliCollaborate closely with RD Hardware, Industrialization and Quality teams to evaluate technical solutions and supplier capabilities. /li /brliIdentify and implement cost reduction opportunities through should-cost analysis, value engineering and supplier collaboration. /li /brliSupport lifecycle management activities, including EOL monitoring, alternative sourcing strategies and continuity planning. /li /brliLead supplier performance reviews and development plans for strategic electronics suppliers. /li /brliIdentify emerging technologies, suppliers and market trends relevant to future product roadmaps. /li /brliAnalyze sourcing and supply chain data independently and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation. /li /brliSupport digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Sourcing organization. /li /br /ul /brpTo succeed, you will need /p /brpWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role. /p /brh3Qualifications: /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline. /li /brliMinimum 5 years of experience in electronics sourcing, supplier development, technical procurement or supplier quality within manufacturing environments. /li /brliStrong knowledge of electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS suppliers and electronics manufacturing processes. /li /brliExperience supporting NPI, industrialization and supplier qualification activities. /li /brliKnowledge of cost engineering, value engineering and supply chain risk management principles. /li /brliGood knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP MM. /li /brliExperience with Power BI,
