The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead the testing team in building high‑quality, innovative, and fully functional software. The role involves ensuring that the software complies with coding standards and technical design requirements, while overseeing the entire testing process to guarantee its effectiveness and efficiency. /ppThe Test Manager will collaborate with international stakeholders to define and align quality standards, harmonise testing practices across countries, and support consistent QA execution and continuous improvement at a global level.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the company's products, with a special focus on ERP solutions, both desktop and web-based. /liliManage and lead a team of software testers, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of testing activities. /liliMentor QA team members, identify training needs, and organise training interventions to meet quality standards. /liliOversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. /liliCollaborate with development teams and product management to understand requirements, ensure test coverage, and identify and resolve defects throughout the product development lifecycle. /liliDevelop and oversee the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test data, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements. /liliAct as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources. /liliMonitor and report on testing progress, milestones, and defect resolution, providing regular updates to stakeholders. /liliAssess the quality of products and services to identify and mitigate risks related to software quality, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing process. /liliContinuously improve testing processes and methodologies, staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and best practices. /liliCollaborate with international stakeholders to define, align, and maintain common quality standards and testing methodologies across countries. /liliEnsure local testing practices comply with global governance guidelines, supporting harmonisation of processes, tools, KPIs, and reporting. /liliCoordinate cross‑country communication, promoting best practices sharing and consistent QA execution across regions. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the governance structure, including test process optimisation, tool alignment, and definition of global QA road‑maps. /liliCollaboration with Security team aimed to finalise security assessments and penetration tests.
