ph3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the development of layouts and design and/or modification in existing products, and information required for production use. /li liUse engineering tools to analyze designs to meet requirements for strength, noise, functionality, ergonomics, safety and quality. /li liCommunicate and coordinate with suppliers where engineering input is required to develop specifications for products and/or components. /li liDevelop project plans with input from engineering, marketing and production. /li liWork with production, manufacturing engineering, lab supervision, marketing, service, and engineering personnel during the implementation of a project. /li liPrepare and review complete engineering change packages, including BOM investigations per departmental procedures for completeness and accuracy. /li liUse departmental CAD system and office software, to company standards and procedures, at or above a level needed to perform typical duties. /li liParticipate in the cost reduction process as needed. /li liEvaluate product or product modification to determine the degree of success of the product in terms of performance and user satisfaction. May include travel to the field and/or trade shows. /li liAssist drafters and designers with required engineering expertise to complete design activities. /li /ul h3Experience And Skills Required /h3 ul liMinimum of 1-3 years experience in engineering design /li liMobile equipment experience /li liCAD experience (Pro-E preferred) /li liElectrical controls/multiplex and hydraulics systems experience a plus /li liGood written and oral communication and computer skills /li liGood interpersonal skills /li liTeam oriented /li /ul h3Education Required /h3 p Bachelor's degree required (BSME or BSAE). /p pSalary Range - Engineer I = $70-85k; Engineer II = $85-100k /p h3Benefits Of Employment /h3 pIn addition to excellent career growth opportunities,
