We are currently looking for a to support one of our projects in **Milan.** **Responsibilities**:
Independently manage and supervise modification and development projects for new packaging. Use CREO for preliminary design/modification of proposed solutions. Be able to motivate and involve the various interlocutors such as purchasing, suppliers, factory, installation, promoting a positive and proactive work environment. Takes initiative and acts with autonomy to proactively identify and resolve problems. Maintains effective communication with all stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure project transparency and alignment. **Su di te**:
About you: Engineering degree Excellent English. Availability, ability and desire to get your hands dirty to work on the creation of prototype solutions in the laboratory. Minimum demonstrable experience using CREO for design. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide teams to success. Excellent problem-solving skills,



ability to make things happen and make quick and effective decisions. Energetic personality, not shy, with strong team spirit, not arrogant but decidedly determined. Fast learning ability, with a high ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
