The resort features three FB outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs FB Operations Manager, you will be on the floor, leading by example. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure flawless service, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. Your presence, guidance, and operational expertise will set the standard for the team and the hotel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe a visible, hands‑on leader, actively supporting the team during service. /li liLead, mentor, and develop a motivated FB team across restaurants, bars, and events. /li liEnsure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. /li liCollaborate closely with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and events teams to guarantee seamless coordination. /li liDrive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue. /li liOversee staffing, scheduling, training,
