If you're ready to be part of something special, we invite you to explore opportunities and apply today. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pWhat you will have an opportunity to do: The Bell and Transportation Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bell staff, valet (if applicable), and transportation services to ensure exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for supervising team members, coordinating luggage handling, transportation schedules, guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise the daily operations of the bell and transportation teams. /li liAssign work schedules and daily duties to bell attendants, drivers, and porters. /li liEnsure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service during arrivals, departures, and throughout the guest stay. /li liCoordinate luggage handling, storage, and delivery efficiently and securely. /li liOversee hotel shuttle or transportation services, ensuring timely pickups and drop‑offs. /li liAssist guests with directions, local recommendations, and transportation arrangements. /li liResolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally. /li liTrain, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain service excellence. /li liMonitor employee appearance, grooming, and adherence to hotel standards. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, security, and company policies. /li liMaintain accurate records of transportation schedules, lost and found items, and guest requests. /li liCoordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, and Valet departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. /li liMonitor equipment such as luggage carts, wheelchairs, shuttle vehicles, and communication devices, reporting maintenance needs as necessary. /li liAssist with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory of departmental supplies. /li liParticipate in emergency procedures and support hotel operations during special events or high occupancy periods.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business-related education preferred. /li liMinimum 2–3 years of experience in bell services, transportation, or hotel guest services. /li liAt least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. /li liValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if operating hotel vehicles). /li liExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. /li liAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. /li liBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel property management systems is an asset. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities /h3 ul liOutstanding guest service and hospitality skills. /li liAbility to lead and motivate a diverse team. /li liStrong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities. /li liExcellent time management and multitasking skills. /li liKnowledge of local attractions, transportation routes, and guest services. /li liAbility to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /li liProfessional appearance and demeanor. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liFrequently stand and walk for extended periods. /li liLift, carry, push, and pull luggage weighing up to 50–75 lbs. /li liBend, stoop, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. /li liOperate hotel vehicles safely when required. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liFast‑paced hospitality environment. /li liIndoor and outdoor work. /li liShift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. /li liFrequent interaction with guests, vendors, and hotel staff. /li /ul h3Performance Expectations /h3 ul liDeliver exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous service. /li liMaintain departmental productivity and operational efficiency. /li liEnsure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and service protocols. /li liFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. /li liSupport the hotel's mission of providing memorable guest experiences through outstanding arrival, departure, and transportation services. /li /ul pPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
