Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3pWithin the bMachine Cost Analysis Team /b, the candidate will support the analysis of machine and line costs, working on both new prototypes and consolidated machines/lines. /ppThis role combines a technical understanding of complex automatic machines with a strong analytical approach to cost evaluation, with the objective of identifying cost deviations, understanding their root causes and supporting cost reduction initiatives. /ppThe candidate will work closely with technical departments, Operations and other internal stakeholders to analyze machine baselines, compare actual costs against budget/standard costs, and interpret cost deltas through a technical perspective. /ppIn particular, the selected resource will be responsible for:
/pullisupporting cost simulations and estimates for machines and complete packaging lines; /lilianalyzing actual industrial costs and comparing them with budgeted or standard costs; /lilireviewing complex bills of materials and large data files to understand machine cost structures; /liliidentifying and explaining the main causes of deviation from expected costs, with a focus on technical and production-related drivers; /lilicontributing to cost reduction activities by analyzing components, technologies and manufacturing processes; /lilicollaborating with Engineering, Operations and technical offices to ensure accurate and reliable cost analysis. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliA Master's Degree in bMechanical Engineering /b /lilib1-2 years of experience /b in manufacturing, industrialization, methods time analysis, production engineering, cost engineering, or similar technical environments /liliGood knowledge of bmechanical drawings /b and manufacturing processes; /liliStrong banalytical mindset /b with the ability to interpret complex technical and cost-related data; /lilibAdvanced /b knowledge of bMicrosoft Excel /b and good knowledge of the Office Suite; /liliGood knowledge of bEnglish language (B2), /bboth written and spoken; /liliKnowledge of bSAP /b will be considered a plus; /liliYou are curious, detail-oriented and rigorous, with a genuine interest in understanding how complex machines are designed and manufactured; /liliYou are proactive, organized and precise, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and teams. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000. /ppA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /ppThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /ph3Join the Team! /h3pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
