We’re empowered to make that happen. /p h3Your Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liSupport the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program. /li liDrive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers. /li liDesign and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments. /li liAssess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks. /li liCreate and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators. /li liCollaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects. /li liEffectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders. /li liFoster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization. /li liDevelop and maintain policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Who Are We Looking For /h3 ul liMaster/Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering. /li li+4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms. /li liExcellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.



/li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. /li liExperience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS). /li liExperience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management. /li liFamiliarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM. /li liEnthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest Cyber Security trends and best practices. /li liRelevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pSelected profiles will meet the Group IT Security Manager, Group Head of IT Infrastructure Security and Human Resources. /p h3Location /h3 pVerona /p h3Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?
