Are you ready to take on a thrilling opportunity in the world of cosmetics? We are currently seeking a talented **Internal Control Manager** to join our prestigious client, **Dolce & Gabbana** Beauty. Internal Control Manager will report to the Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty Management for audit, compliance, risks assessment and control activities. Processes and procedures are implemented in coordination with Corporate DG audit function. **Responsibilities**
- Design appropriate risk/control matrixes and audit programs;
- Develop data analytics/process;
- Lead and execute planned audits by performing Process Design Analysis and Test of Effectiveness;
- Report results to management supported by analytical and summary attitude;
- Lead compliance matters and projects with assessment, reports and investigations;
- Propose solid suggestions for remediation plans;




- Work with management and other members of the auditing team to recommend ways to drive efficiencies and reduce risk in order to make a positive impact on the company’s bottom line;
- Contribute to Enterprise Risk Management methodology development.
- Execute assessment and monitoring. **Your Profile**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance or Law;
- English proficiency;
- 5+ years of experience in a big four either in Risk Assurance or Transaction division and experience in a manufacturing corporation either in auditing, knowing processes in the Company;
- Relationship capabilities, with ability to interact cross functionally from operations to top management;
- Leadership, critical-thinking, decision making with strong problem-solving attitude;
- Great team player with ability to work independently when necessary;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, SAP ERP, Data Analytics.
