where we provide service to major customers in various industries on the basis of service contracts.As a Datacenter Solution Engineer you will be part of the Supermicro Global Service Installation Team and help build a world-class service organization. Carrying out racking and installation of server hardware, network equipment and cable routing of copper/fiber optic cables. You provide technical support for installed equipment with regard to hardware and software functionalities. You report to and assist the Solutions manager in the daily business and are also part of the service desk team that works on service tickets. You also assist with customer contact and carrying out hardware break fixes on location at customers.Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking of data center hardware.• Assist/support in the implementation of server, storage and network equipment.• Perform quality checks and test functionality after installation.• Provide first-line technical support to end users via telephone, email and ticketing system.• Refer complex issues to higher level support teams when necessary.• Be willi
