Energy Dome is an infrastructure company — our projects get built, our plants get commissioned, and the power we deliver is measured in gigawatt‑hours, not press releases. /p pIf you want to work on energy systems that matter — and will run for decades — this is the place to build the next chapter of your career. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe’re looking for an exceptional bProject Planner /b to support the planning and scheduling activities across our utility‑scale energy storage projects. /p pReporting to the C‑ suit of the company, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, helping to coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning activities into a single execution plan. /p pWorking alongside Project Managers and the planning team, you will help ensure that project milestones are tracked, schedule updates are accurate, and potential delays are flagged early. This is a cross‑functional role, ideal for a planning professional looking to grow within a fast‑scaling, international energy company. /p pLocation: Milan's HQ, with 4 days per week onsite /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development, update and maintenance of integrated project schedules, from project kick‑off through commissioning and handover. /li liAssist in building and managing the project master schedule, integrating Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction and Commissioning activities.



/li liHelp monitor the project critical path, schedule risks and key dependencies, escalating issues to the Project Planning Manager. /li liTrack project progress and update schedules against actual execution. /li liCoordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Construction teams to collect progress data and align on priorities. /li liPrepare look‑ahead schedules, milestone dashboards, planning reports and progress updates. /li liSupport regular planning and schedule review meetings with internal teams. /li liContribute to accurate schedule forecasting and performance analysis for project governance. /li liApply planning best practices and scheduling standards across project activities. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline. /li li3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally within EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial plants or capital projects. /li liExperience supporting the development and update of project schedules for multidisciplinary projects. /li liGood understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning workflows. /li liWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. /li liGood communication and teamwork skills. /li liFluent English and Italian. /li liAvailability for occasional international travel. /li /ul pWe offer a base salary of €45.000 - €55.000 based on seniority + performance‑based bonuses + SOP plans + amazing company benefits (welfare, carbon‑free bonuses, relocation assistance etc). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
