Develop Visual Merchandising Strategies: - Create and execute visual merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products in-store
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays to ensure our stores and showrooms remains innovative and attractive Design and Layout: - Plan and design floor layouts and product displays that optimize traffic flow and highlight key furniture collections
- Ensure that displays are aesthetically pleasing, align with brand guidelines, and effectively communicate product features and benefits Product Presentation: - Work closely with the design team to curate visually appealing product arrangements and compositions
- Ensure that product displays reflect the latest trends and seasonal themes Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and events
- Partner with sales teams to gather insights on customer preferences and incorporate feedback into merchandising decisions Inventory Management: - Monitor product inventory and collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels for featured displays
- Implement strategies to promote slow-moving or featured products through effective merchandising **Experience and Education**: - Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- At least 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in design software and knowledge of visual merchandising tools **Technical and Soft skills**: - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and self-directional
