The Industrial Controller is based in the CDMO Manufacturing Sterile Products Site of Brescia and works in partnership with the operation team to ensure that products and financial data are maintained and reported in a timely and accurate manner. The job holder must demonstrate a strong understanding of cost accounting methodologies. **_ Responsibilities:_**
- Act in a "business partner" manner to Brescia plant and its associated business.
- Contribute to monthly Profit and Loss closing, analyzing and commenting data and variances versus budget.
- Provide products costs and analyze variances on a monthly base.
- Prepare the budget and the forecast of the plant, analysing the differences.
- Support the cash flow analysis.




- Prepare the product pricing for commercial scope.
- Prepare and discuss business cases
- Provide support and contribute to develop and implement relevant SAP IT systems **_ Requirements:_**
- Bachelors in Financial areas
- MBA and/or previous experience in the Finance Function of a Manufacturing site
- Excellent relationship and influencing abilities
- Ability to maintain relations at different organization level
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and adjust accordingly
- Fluent in English
